One of the best apps I found for finding out which Android apps are draining your battery is Wakelock Detector (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.uzumapps.wakelockdetector&hl=en). Simply and easy to use. Worked for me.
It’s been a while since my last post. A lot of things have happened since then:
(in no particular order)
1) I got married! 🙂
2) Rooted my Galaxy Note 2 LTE
3) I switched back to Windows
(ok yes it was in a particular order, happiest news to saddest news)
So yeah I got married! It look me a long time to find her but it happened. She is an absolutely wonderful gal. She is down to earth, good heart, funny and not to mention very beautiful. I am certainly a very lucky man 🙂 So you get the idea, I’m totally in love hehe
I had to root my phone because the battery life was just horrible. It was running the stock ROM. I tried Cyanogenmod M6 and I didn’t like it (can’t remember why). I finally ended up with SlimKat which I’m happy with so far.
I missed playing games 😦 So I switched back to Windows, Windows 7 not 8. And I virtualised my linux machine but I haven’t used it any while. If only Linux could run all the apps/games Windows does…sigh…
To finish up, I noticed a few people have commented on some of my older posts which is nice to see. Thank you for the comments. I’ll try to post more often from now on 🙂
